We have run businesses as follows in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyz since September 2004. As a result, we have opportunities to contact directly with a number of local companies, and supported some of them that wanted for strategic partnership with Japanese companies.

JICA (The Japan International Cooperation Agency); Japan Cooperation Center

• All three countries have established Japan Cooperation Center in their countries cooperated with Japanese government to develop human resources.
• We had made charge of lecturers on “Strategic Management”, “Production Management”, “Japanese Management System” in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan managed by the Japan Cooperation Center.
• We have a lot of chances to contact with business managers through lecturers.
• We had taken charge of management advisory course for SMEs in Uzbekistan as one of the activities of a JICA project.

EBRD (The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), TAM Program (Turn Around Management)

• We have found companies that wanted to get supports on market economy as a team coordinator of the three countries, and provided advices to top managements with Japanese consultants.。
• The number of projects has reached around 20, which covers not only manufacturing but also service industry such as ICT companies.
