The EBRD TAM (TurnAround Management) Programme has changed the name to EGP (Enterprise Grwoth Programme) as of 1 Jan. 2012. TAM Programme was established in 1993 in order to assist enterprises in developing their business effectively in their competitive market economy. EGP operates on a cost-share basis and utilizes international industry-specific advisors, focusing on substantial managerial and structural changes within companies.
